Paper Submission

All papers shall be written in English. Full paper shall be submitted electronically via email to the Technical Program Committee by 30 April 2010. Upon acceptance, submission of final camera-ready papers shall be sent via email to Technical Program Committee by 21 May 2010. Full papers for submission shall be in Microsoft Word format.

Paper acceptance will be based primarily on originality, novelty and contribution of the work. Final acceptance will be based on the full-length paper, and upon acceptance for publication, shall be presented at the conference.
